Organizers seeking to allow cannabis use must apply for and receive approval through OCR’s established permitting process. The OCR encourages early planning to ensure events are safe, responsible, and compliant. Event organizers are urged to begin the application process well in advance, as approvals must be secured prior to event dates. For more information and to apply, visit ocr.vi.gov.
